Recipe for 2 portions
Ingredients:
- 300g shrimps
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 100g Dublin Dairy Irish butter
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- 150ml dry white wine (can be omitted)
- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
- 1 small chili pepper
- A handful of parsley
- Salt, pepper
Method:
Wash all shrimps, if they have not been previously deshelled and remove the intestines.
Heat the olive oil and Dublin Dairy Irish butter in a pan. Then add garlic and chili cut into thin slices. Fry for a while until they release their aroma, then add the shrimps. Fry on both sides until they turn pink, then add wine and lemon juice, as well as salt and pepper to taste. Increase the heat and simmer for 1-2 minutes until the wine evaporates. Remove from heat, place on plates, sprinkle with parsley. Serve with croutons or fresh bread.
Enjoy your meal!
