Recipe for 4 toasts
Ingredients:
- 4 slices of wholemeal bread
- 4 slices of Dublin Dairy Cheddar Red cheese
- 2 eggs
- 3 tablespoons of milk
- Dublin Dairy Irish butter
- Salt, pepper
Additionally:
- 4 eggs
- Arugula
- Radish
- Chives
- A few cherry tomatoes
- Coarsely ground pepper and salt
Method:
Crack the eggs into a bowl, add milk, salt and pepper and beat. Heat a pan with butter.
Dip the bread on both sides in egg and milk, then immediately fry it over low heat.
Turn to the other side, add a slice of Dublin Dairy cheddar cheese and fry covered until the cheese melts.
Meanwhile, fry the fried egg and bacon in a separate pan.
Place arugula, radishes, tomatoes, bacon slices and fried on the fried toast. Sprinkle with chives.
