Buttery toast with seasonal fruit


  • 4 slices of challah
  • Dublin Dairy Irish butter
  • 1 cup of raspberries
  • 1 cup blackberries (or other fruit of your choice)
  • Sweet cream to serve
  • Powdered sugar (optional)


Heat the pan over medium heat.

Spread Dublin Dairy Irish butter on both sides of each challah slice.

Place the challah slices in a heated pan and fry on both sides until golden and crispy.

When the challah slices are ready, place them on a plate.

Add raspberries and blackberries (or other fruit) to the same pan and fry for a few minutes, stirring occasionally, until the fruit softens and releases its juice. Place the fruit evenly on the challah slices and add a little sweet cream on top of each toast.

For added sweetness, you can sprinkle the toast with powdered sugar before serving.

Serve immediately and enjoy delicious warm toast with fruit and cream!
