Burgers with Irish Dublin Dairy Red cheddar

Ingredients:

  • 500g minced beef
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • 4 slices of Dublin Dairy Cheddar Red cheese
  • 4 lettuce leaves
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • Ketchup
  • Salt, pepper
  • Olive oil (optional)

Method:

Combine the minced meat with salt and pepper to your liking. Gently knead the meat, forming 4 flat cutlets.

Heat a frying pan or grill and then fry the meat cutlets for about 4-5 minutes on each side until they are well browned and reach the appropriate temperature.

Meanwhile, cut the rolls in half and gently toast them in a dry frying pan or on the grill until lightly browned.

When the meat is ready, place a slice of Dublin Dairy Red cheddar cheese on each cutlet and wait a moment for the cheese to melt.

Place lettuce leaves, tomato slices and prepared cutlets with cheese on the bottom of each roll. Add ketchup to taste.

Place the tops of the buns on top and you’re done!

Enjoy your meal!
