Ingredients:
- 4 slices of bread (preferably wheat or rye)
- Dublin Dairy Irish salted butter
- 4 eggs
- Fresh leaf lettuce (e.g. butterhead lettuce or romaine lettuce)
- 1 cucumber
- Salt, pepper
Method:
Hard boil the eggs, then peel them and cut them into slices.
Cut the cucumber into thin slices.
Spread salted butter evenly on all slices of bread.
Place the lettuce leaves on the bread, place the egg slices on top and place the cucumber slices on top.
Season the sandwiches with salt and pepper to your taste.
