Grasslands cover most of Ireland. It is thanks to them that agriculture is the main industry of the country.

There is nothing better than something that comes straight from nature. Stress-free animal husbandry based on constant access to natural grass has a positive effect on the quality of the milk.

During one milking session, a cow can produce even 4-5 litres of milk, which is enough to produce one cube of butter.
In Ireland, 5.2 billion litres of milk are produced annually.
