The road to cheese is

A story
from the rocky island of

Ireland which is a land that is associated with a huge amount of meadows and green areas for a reason. The prevailing climate makes agriculture one of the main industries, as well as a passion passed on to future generations.

Evergreen, fertile pastures between the rocky hills are the result of natural irrigation, which is ensured by abundant rainfall.

200 rainy days a year provide natural and continuous access to water, keeping the Irish soil constantly irrigated.
Grasslands cover most of Ireland. It is thanks to them that agriculture is the main industry of the country.

Tasty journey

From fresh grass
to healthy milk.

The favourable conditions of Ireland, an evergreen island, mean that cows can graze there almost all year round.

Fresh and healthy grass is the perfect basis for obtaining the tastiest milk from which unique Dublin Dairy products are made.

Space
and freedom

Thanks to the huge green areas, the cows have freedom of movement and can also use the outdoor space most of the year.

Friendly conditions

Peace of mind, the care and companionship of the herd minimises stress levels and allows the cows to lead a carefree life. The more happiness, the more (tasty) milk.

Adequate food

There is nothing better than something that comes straight from nature. Stress-free animal husbandry based on constant access to natural grass has a positive effect on the quality of the milk.

During one milking session, a cow can produce even 4-5 litres of milk, which is enough to produce one cube of butter.
In Ireland, 5.2 billion litres of milk are produced annually.
